When you submit a quote or dealer form, we also record technical and marketing-source details so we can respond, prevent spam and understand which channels bring useful inquiries:

  • IP address, browser type and device information (user agent);
  • the page you came from (referrer) and campaign tags in the link you clicked (UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content).

When you browse the site, our servers, security tools and analytics services may also collect pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, time of visit, and device and browser information. Failed login attempts are logged with the IP address to protect accounts from abuse.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, health information or biometric data. Please do not include them in forms or messages.

3. How we use your information

  • Process orders: take payment, arrange delivery and installation, provide support, and handle warranty, returns and refunds.
  • Evaluate dealer applications and manage dealer relationships.
  • Run and secure the website: prevent spam, fraud and abuse, limit repeated failed logins, and fix errors.
  • Improve our site and products: understand which pages, products and marketing channels work, and improve speed and usability.
  • Marketing: send you updates or offers where the law allows. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.

8. How we protect information

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS encryption, security headers, password hashing, access controls limited to authorized staff, form spam protection, and login-attempt limits. No online service is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.

We aim to respond within 30 days, or within 45 days where the law allows. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of authorization. If you are unhappy with our response, you can contact your local data protection authority or your state attorney general.
